It's truly a blessing in disguise that I have had the pleasure with working with Timi. He has a world of knowledge in the world of nursing and informatics. I'm very pleased with our work so far! I've never personally worked with a career/ nursing coach but I'm definitely happy that we gave each other a chance. He has taken the time to highlight my potential and support and embrace my career goals as I transition from bedside nursing. Anyone would be very lucky to have him assist with your career transition.

I’m very grateful that I randomly stumbled on Timi’s TikTok and started investing in myself. It was the first time in my career that I felt heard and understood and also someone who acknowledged my accomplishments. I felt that I had a pretty decent foundation, but needed some help in a few key places, including my Resume and Coverletter. Timi explained to me all the steps in resume building, in a way that I could replicate this again and again. He also showed me the importance of adding my accomplishments and how to add them. One thing I highly struggled with was politics…. Thankfully he took the time to explain to me how to navigate this with still being truthfully me. I am an LPN and was just hired into a Clinical Nurse Specialist position that is remote. It is everything I’ve wanted, including a massive pay increase. Timi helped me with the skills so that I could be successful in my resume, interview and follow ups. I’d recommend Timi to any of my nurse friends and co-workers.
